St. Nersess Participates in Interfaith Thanksgiving Service
On November 19, St. Nersess Seminary participated in the annual North Castle Interfaith Thanksgiving Service at the Congregation B’nai Yisrael in Armonk, NY. Last year, the seminary hosted.
Representatives of local places of worship – including the Church of St. Patrick, St. Stephen’s Episcopal Church, St. Nersess Seminary, and Congregation B’nai Yisrael – took part in the service.
Each house of worship participated in the service with hymns, readings, and reflections, including Fr. Mardiros Chevian, dean, reading Psalm 95; Donna Sirounian, Marketing & Development Director, speaking on “Why My Church is Beautiful to Me”; and the seminarians singing two Hymns, Lutsak and Kohanamk. A festive fellowship followed the service.
