Of Water and the Spirit
A Fall Retreat at St. Nersess Armenian Seminary
October 10–11, 2026

How does the sacrament of Baptism speak to our everyday lives? What does it mean to live a life guided by the Holy Spirit?
Join us at St. Nersess Armenian Seminary on October 10-11, 2026, for “Of Water and the Spirit,” a retreat led and organized by our seminarians, where we will explore the mystery and meaning of Baptism in the Armenian Apostolic Church.
Over the weekend, we’ll take time to step away from the noise of everyday life to learn, reflect, worship, and enjoy fellowship with one another. On Sunday, we will gather for Divine Liturgy at St. Gregory the Enlightener Armenian Church in White Plains, celebrated by Rev. Fr. Mesrob Hovsepyan.
Whether you are looking to deepen your understanding of Baptism, reconnect with your faith, or simply spend time in fellowship with other young adults, we look forward to welcoming you to St. Nersess Armenian Seminary!
The retreat will be held at St. Nersess Armenian Seminary, 486 Bedford Rd, Armonk, NY 10504. The retreat is free to attend and is open to participants ages 18-35. Meals will be provided, and limited accommodations are available.
Free-will offerings to St. Nersess Armenian Seminary are welcome, but are not required. If you would like to make an offering, please visit stnersess.edu/support.
